When do I have to RSVP?

Answer

RSVP will open on the website once the formal invitations are sent out. RSVP must be completed by February 15th at which point guests who have not filled out the RSVP will be counted as “not attending”.

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Semi-formal: “more formal than casual but less formal than a tuxedo or ballgown.” For men: suits, suit jackets, blazers, belts, dress pants For women: knee, shin or floor length dress, jumpsuit, heels, wedges or flats

Will there be alcohol provided?

Answer

There will be beer and wine provided, and a cash bar will be available.

What non-alcoholic drinks will be available?

There will be coffee, iced tea and water available.

What’s the weather going to be like?

Answer

With the variability of Virginia weather we cannot guarantee what the weather will be, but plan for the temperature to be in the 40s or 50s. We plan for the ceremony to be a few steps outside of the country club and to last 30 minutes.

What if it snows?

Answer

We will move the ceremony inside if there is inclement weather. The wedding is scheduled in the afternoon, so that roads can be cleared in time if necessary.
