What is the attire?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal, elevated attire for our wedding celebration. Since this is an April wedding in Eastern NC, spring colors are encouraged! Cocktail attire is requested if you are attending the welcome party.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. Please arrive between 5 and 5:20pm to grab your seat, grab a drink, and get settled.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony will be outside in the Brooklyn Arts Center courtyard, and then we will move inside for cocktail hour and the reception. Please dress accordingly.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Although we love the little ones, this is an 18+ only celebration. Please plan in advance for child care if you plan on attending!

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Please reach out to Kyle or Madison directly to confirm a +1. Our rule of thumb is if the person you are brining is not your married partner or long-term significant other, we would prefer your solo presence!

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

There is street parking around the venue on a first come first serve basis, as well as a backup lot shared with a church down the street (address is 515 Campbell Street) - both are free! There is also a Union Station parking deck two blocks away that you can pay to park in if you plan on driving. Otherwise, please plan to Uber or rideshare

Can I take photos during the event?

Answer

Please refrain from taking any and all photos/video during our unplugged ceremony, and let our wonderful photographer take care of that! Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you please.
