8 years later + we are finally saying "I do!"

According to the NYS COVID-19 regulations, our guests are required to either provide proof of a negative test result no more than 72 hours before our 4 pm ceremony time, or provide proof of full vaccination 14 days prior to our wedding date, as well as a valid ID. Our guests are able to begin getting tested the Wednesday before our wedding at 4:00 pm. Rapid test results will also be accepted from no more than 6 hours before our wedding starting time. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the free testing sites available within NYS such as Rite Aid, CVS, and others. Check back in with our wedding website in case of regulation changes. We are very excited to be able to safely celebrate our marriage with you, and don't forget to bring your mask!

We met in high school during freshman year English class. We were assigned to sit next to each other and hit it off. We became best friends and fell in love over the next year and a half. Travis officially asked Emily out our Sophomore year of high school during half-time of a basketball game that Emily was cheerleading at on February 4th, 2013. 7 years later and the rest is history.

For our six year anniversary we took a long weekend trip together to the most magical place on earth, Walt Disney World. We spent our last day of the trip in Magic Kingdom and planned on taking a photo together in front of Cinderella's Castle. When Travis went off to ask someone walking by to take a photo of us, he clued them in that he was planning on proposing and asked them to record a video of the moment. We both got ready to pose for our photo in front of the castle, when Travis went down on one knee and popped the question. Of course Emily said yes! We spent the rest of the day celebrating our engagement while adventuring around the park wearing our happily ever after pins and watching the enchanting happily ever after fireworks over the castle.
