We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by November 1st so we can finalize seating, catering, and all the details for our day. If you’re able to join us, we can’t wait to celebrate with you. If not, we appreciate you letting us know by that date.
Please plan to arrive by 3:15 PM so you can be comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 PM.
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! We kindly request a semi-formal dress code. Think cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or a nice blouse with slacks. For men, button-down shirts with dress pants and a blazer or suit are great options.
Due to the type of celebration we have planned and venue limitations, we are only able to accommodate an intimate number of guests. We kindly ask that attendance be limited to those listed on the invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation envelope.
Although we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate children unless they are named on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy this as a fun night out to relax, celebrate, and spend time with us.
There is a gravel parking lot right by the venue. When you turn in, you will see Scott Forge employee parking to the left and a gravel parking lot for our guests to the right. From the lot, there will be a path that leads to the venue’s front entrance.
Yes! This is an open bar wedding, and we want you to have the best time. Please enjoy yourselves and celebrate with us, and don’t forget to show a little love to the bartenders as well (:
Yes. Our reception will wrap up earlier in the evening, giving everyone plenty of time to head to the hotel, check in, and change into something more comfortable.
Feel free to change out of your wedding attire and get comfortable. We’re just looking forward to hanging out, having some drinks, and spending more time together after the wedding!
