The espresso martini from this spot is arguably one of the reasons we fell in love with Pensacola. Every time we visit, this is one of our must-stops, and it never disappoints. The food is incredible, and the service is equally outstanding. Everything is good. Really. You can’t go wrong. Bonus points if you can make it for happy hour.
Seville Quarter has a rich history dating back over five decades, when Bob Snow took a dilapidated 19th century warehouse on East Government Street and transformed it into “Rosie O’Grady’s Warehouse,” a beer-and-peanuts saloon. Since then, Seville Quarter has grown to include "seven rooms of fun" — the original Rosie O’Grady’s, Phineas Phogg’s, Lili Marlene’s, Apple Annie’s, Fast Eddie’s, End o’ the Alley and Palace Café — each with its own theme and atmosphere. There’s also Heritage Hall, a spacious banquet and event facility, and a Wine & Gift Shoppe. There is a Dueling Piano Show at 8:00 pm in Rosie O’Grady’s Wednesday – Saturday.
