It’s Happening!

It all started when my cousin, her boyfriend at the time, and I went to hang out with friends at the lake. Some coworkers of the boyfriend were invited to go as well. Alex shows up in his blue Ram Dodge blaring music outside my house (my dad was less than pleased with) and follows us to the lake. We talked, flirted, went on a beach cruise with friends and so it all began.

Alex’s family had invited Alex and I to go to Florida with them for Christmas and of course we went. We spent a whole week there and on that Thursday we went to the Juniper lighthouse where we could look out across the water. We were on top and I was looking one way, when I turned around, he was on one knee with his mom and sister behind him taking pictures. I immediately said yes! We are excited to share this union with all of you at the Lighthouse at Lake McConaughy in Nebraska! See you there!
