Wishing you all health and safety and we look forward to celebrating together! For our friends and family that prefer to stay home, we will be live streaming our ceremony. - - - LIVE STREAM LINK- copy and paste into your browser. - - - https://evt.live/manuelwedding We will be supplying face masks at the ceremony and reception for our guests that choose to wear one, as well as having hand sanitizer readily available throughout the room. We will have white bracelets available for guests to wear during the day to indicate that they would like to remain socially distanced from other guests. The Grand Ballroom where our reception will be held seats 800 people which allows for plenty of space for our anticipated 200 guests to social distance as you choose. We will be seating 6 people to a table for dinner to allow for extra space, with hand sanitizer at each table. Hors d’oeuvres and dinner will be plated separately and served by event staff who will wear masks the entire night.

Let us know when you RSVP online! We can let the caterer know and they will accommodate for that. The sirloin medallions are gluten free.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. To ensure a seat, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get situated.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served in the reception hall starting at 4:30pm

Where Can I Park?

Answer

Parking meters on College Ave need to be paid until 6pm. - - - - - The parking ramp (red ramp) connected to the hotel charges $5/day. The 3rd floor has the walkway connection to the hotel.
