For our guests joining us in Las Vegas, we kindly ask that you arrange your own flights and hotel accommodations. During our upcoming Vegas Planning Parties, we’ll coordinate the best dates and suggest hotels so we can all stay close together. This way, we can align our travel while letting everyone manage their own bookings!
Las Vegas: To make sure we don't miss a second of the fun, we kindly ask our guests to arrive in Las Vegas at least one day before the ceremony. We have a full day of celebrations and preparations planned, and we want everyone there to kick off the excitement before our big night out! Virginia: While our official reception time is still being finalized, we kindly ask our guests to plan for a prompt arrival once the schedule is set. Since we will be kicking off the afternoon with our wedding video and a special vow recital, we want to make sure everyone is settled in so they don't miss a single moment of the celebration!
