Due to limited capacity and guest limit by our venue, unless your invitation includes a plus one, we ask that you come alone. We have decided to keep our wedding extremely small and intimate and can only accommodate those listed on your invite. If you have been given a plus one, when you RSVP on our website there will be an option to add an additional name. (But please feel free to invite them to The Castle for an after party!)
While we love your little ones, we want to keep the day for only our adult families and friends with the exception of those in the bridal party. We hope you understand and can use this as a date night, child-free!

Formal. We kindly request that our guests wear black (in honor of our wedding theme and Friday the 13th)! Also, ladies, the flooring of the venue outside is not stiletto friendly. We highly suggest a thicker or block heel if you decide to wear heels.
Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors while our cocktail hour and private dinner party will be indoors, weather permitting.
You will be missed! Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. We can celebrate later!
Yes. We have a limited number of rooms blocked at Hotel Haya for our guests at a discounted rate. We have also listed alternative hotels and nearby accommodations in the "travel" tab on our site. The link for our room blocked has been posted under the hotel. The link automatically sets the "check in" for the night before the wedding. If you plan on only staying the night of, be sure to adjust the dates.

Our venue has valet parking at a discounted rate for our guests. However, there is street parking and nearby parking garages all along Ybor City and across the street if you choose that option instead.
Our ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony so we can remain on schedule and get this party started!
The deadline to our RSVP is August 1st, 2023 so that we can communicate with our vendors our final headcount and coordinate with them, but please let us know as soon as you have an answer! We've made things simple for you to RSVP on our website under the "RSVP" tab with meal options for you to choose from.
While your presence alone is a gift and we do not expect anything but your support, if you wish to give us a gift, we would love a donation to our honeymoon fund!
