We recommend renting a car from the airport (SAN or LAX) when you land, since there aren't many other ways to get around in California!
Willow Creek doesn't have a sign outside (yet!), so look out for a red/orange sign on the left side of the road for "Arroyo Vista"--once you see that, Willow Creek is directly opposite (on the right side of the road). We recommend using Google Maps Street View to preview the driveway ahead of time!
Yes, Willow Creek has parking on-site and can accommodate up to 75 cars total. Limos cannot be used because the driveway has a dip!
Most likely a bit hot! In September for Valley Center the average high is 83° F, and the average low is 58° F. Dress for warm weather but maybe bring a jacket!
While taking your own pictures is definitely welcome, please TURN OFF FLASH as our hired photographers will be taking pictures all throughout the day and the flash of another camera may disrupt the shot.
The dinner and dessert table will be fully plant-based and served buffet-style. We will also ensure some dishes will be nut-free for those with allergies!
The venue has asked for no horn honking as they are located in a residential area. They also require children under 13 to be supervised at all times, and do not allow smoking on the premises. Willow Creek also does not allow balloons, silly string, confetti or sparklers.
