The closest airport to our venue is Charles M. Schulz - Sonoma County (STS) located in Santa Rosa, about a 30 minute drive to Calistoga. STS is a smaller regional airport served by Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, and Southwest with easy connections through the major West Coast hubs. We will have hotel room blocks in Santa Rosa for guests wanting to be close to the venue and still be a short drive away from the airport.

If you prefer to fly into a larger airport, Oakland International (OAK) is a great option. From there, it is typically about a one hour drive to Napa Valley, depending on traffic. You will enter Napa in the south and enjoy a scenic drive through the entire valley before arriving in Calistoga at the northern end. Hot tip - stop at a winery on your way up and enjoy a glass of vino.

It is located about 45 miles away from Napa Valley, with a generally straightforward drive on major highways. This route brings you in Calistoga from the north, offering a relaxed, less congested drive than routes through Oakland or San Francisco.

It’s just a short drive from the venue and perfect for easing into the Napa weekend. This is one of two pickup locations for our wedding shuttles, so transportation will be a breeze. We recommend booking early as rooms tend to fill up quickly, especially on weekends in Calistoga!

Stevenson Manor is also one of two hotels where our wedding shuttle will be picking up and dropping off guests, making it an easy and convenient choice for the weekend.

If you’re looking to stay a little further from the venue, the AC Hotel in Santa Rosa is a great option. Located about 25–30 minutes from Triple S Ranch, this modern, comfortable hotel is perfectly situated near downtown Santa Rosa, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. Guests love its contemporary design, cozy rooms, and rooftop bar, ideal for unwinding after a day of wine‑country adventures. The AC Hotel is also the only Santa Rosa pickup location for our wedding shuttle, making transportation to and from the festivities easy and convenient. There are a bunch of other hotels in Santa Rosa if you are looking for something different. We just ask that you Uber to AC Hotel to use the shuttle to and from property.
