IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Formal attire is requested! For our summer wedding, we suggest that men wear a lightweight suit in any color and women wear a midi, knee-length, or floor-length dress. For your comfort, thin heels are not recommended as the ceremony will be held outdoors on grass!

DO I HAVE A PLUS-ONE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, the invitation is only for you.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

We ask that you arrive no later than 4:45 as we are starting the ceremony promptly at 5pm. Guests will be able to come to the venue starting at 4:30pm, welcomed with champagne & light refreshments!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

There will shuttle busses leaving starting at 4:15pm with the last shuttle leaving at 4:30pm from the Courtyard by Marriott and the Comfort Inn in Danbury. There will also be transportation back to the hotels at the end of the night. Otherwise, guests are welcome to hop in a Lyft/Uber.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Answer

The Candlewood Inn offers complimentary parking on-site for all guests. Guests can leave their cars at the venue overnight if needed!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

We hope you understand that while we love your little ones, we're only able to accommodate the child in the wedding party.
