Email: thesurinwedding@gmail.com We have an Excel list and insert guest accommodation information to make sure you have a room booked and confirmed for the wedding weekend. If you prefer not to disclose the hotel information simply send us an Email that you have booked accommodation yourself. NOTE: We have made some tentative bookings at nearby hotels and have a contingent of rooms that we can assign to you if you wish. On online platforms these may show as booked, as we are holding this contingent as Agoda.com or Booking.com confirmations, while the names on the reservations can be changed, cancelled and assigned until 28.February 2024.

The venue will be set up at the BEACH RESTAURANT on the lawn. Please make sure you arrive at the venue well ahead of time. We recommend to arrive at the hotel at 9:15am, as it will also require some time to get down to the beach. Parking and golf car transport is limited, so please allow for enough time to walk down to the venue. We will ask the hotel to turn on the A/C in the reserved room next to the venue, so people can cool down before the ceremony begins.
Wedding Ceremony

There is a quota of 100 wedding guests for the ceremony and we kindly ask you to reserve RSVP via the website link provided. In order to avoid distractions we kindly ask you to NOT bring any children to the ceremony. The hotel can help arrange child/babysitters ahead of time. The ceremony will only take approx. 30min and your children will be in good hands.
Lunch by the Pool
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals.
Note that the lunch will require RSVP for all guests that would like to join. The hotel recommends to pre-order the food to make sure it is getting served on time. Lunch is NOT included in the wedding package, so please settle your individual bills after your meal.
Free Time
2:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Enjoy the sun, beach and sea or go for a nap to power up for the evening.
Sunset Pictures & Drinks
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

We will take wedding couple, family and group pictures during sunset. Grab a drink and join us for photos.
Reception Dinner

Buffet Dinner will open at 7:00pm - Make sure you are hungry! Lots of delicious Thai inspired food, Sushi and BBQ awaiting. RSVP required. Due to quota we are afraid that children cannot be accounted for and parents are advised to feed them prior to the Reception dinner. The hotel will provide a child/babysitter in the air conditioned room next door and provides a kids menu.
After Party

The outdoor entertainment (sound system, DJ, Music & etc.) will only be allowed until 22:00 hrs. The after party is allowed until 23.30 hrs. in the indoor area only. For all motivated party animals you can continue the party at: - Cafe del Mar - CATCH Beach Club - MAYA Beach Club - SOULSHACK ....
