You can take a quick tour to see how they make their olive oil, then wander through their cute marketplace. We love to grab lunch here when we're in the area—an Italian‑inspired eatery with fresh, local ingredients. The Kalamata sandwich is a must!
Schnepf Farms
🕒 10 minutes from the venue by car A local favorite just down the road from the venue. This farm has seasonal festivals, orchards, hayrides, live music, and a petting zoo.
Pecan Lake Entertainment
🕒 15 minutes from the venue by car Perfect spot for families and kids! This venue has something for everyone: go-karts, laser tag, a ropes course, putting course, axe-throwing, escape rooms, arcade games, and even a surf experience. Hungry? Caldwell County BBQ is a must and one of our favorites! It’s perfect for a full afternoon of fun for kids and adults!

Downtown Gilbert makes for a fun outing. • TOPO – A walk-up spot serving grab-n-go burritos, street corn, and soft serve ice cream. • Postino Cafe – Our go-to for bruschetta boards and a glass (or two) of wine. • Liberty Market – A local staple for coffee and breakfast. • The White Rabbit – A speakeasy-style bar with fun cocktails + cozy atmosphere.
Downtown Chandler
🕒 40 minutes from the venue by car One of our favorite spots! From Saturday morning farmers markets to dinner and live music date nights, there’s always something fun to do between the restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and murals. Here are our favorites: • Craft 64 – Local favorite for wood-fired pizza and espresso martinis. • Jinya Ramen – Cozy spot with amazing ramen bowls. • Blue Outdoor – Arizona-themed shop perfect for quirky souvenirs or gifts. • The Ostrich Bar or Spirit House – Great drinks and a laid-back local vibe.
Papago Park & Desert Botanical Gardens
🕒 45 minutes from the venue by car Slightly further out, but worth it! Explore unique desert scenery, scenic hiking trails, and gorgeous spring blooms—perfect for photos or a relaxing morning stroll.
Goldfield Ghost Town and Mine Tours
🕒 35 minutes from the venue by car Step into Arizona’s Wild West! Explore historic buildings, enjoy mine tours, pan for gold, and catch live shootout shows. Fun for the whole family and a great way to experience a taste of old western life.
Arizona Hikes
If you want to get outside and take in some Arizona scenery while you're here, there are plenty of trails to explore nearby and around the Valley: • San Tan Mountain Regional Park (Queen Creek) – Just minutes from the venue, this park has family-friendly trails with beautiful desert views. Perfect for an easy morning hike. • Lost Dutchman State Park (Apache Junction) – Famous for its views of the Superstition Mountains and great variety of trails, from short walks to challenging hikes. • Camelback Mountain (Phoenix) – An Arizona classic! This hike is tough, but the views at the top are unbeatable. If you’re up for the challenge, it’s worth it. • Tom’s Thumb Trail (Scottsdale) – About 4 miles round-trip, this moderate-to-difficult hike features stunning rock formations and panoramic desert views. One of our favorites for both the scenery and the workout! Bring lots of WATER, SUNSCREEN, and GOOD SHOES!!

If you want to play some golf while you’re in town, there are plenty of great courses nearby! The Queen Creek area and nearby cities have plenty of options for a fun round in the Arizona sun. • San Marcos Golf Resort (Chandler) – Historic course with a scenic layout and well-kept greens, ideal for a relaxed day on the course. • Ocotillo Golf Club (Chandler) – A fun and accessible course with desert landscaping and a friendly vibe.
