DuPont State Recreational Forest
Dupont state forest has tons of trails open to hiking and biking. We recommend the trail to triple falls and high falls. Korinne took Drew here on his first visit to Brevard!
Blue Ridge Parkway
If you are looking for a beautiful drive, we recommend driving up through the Pisgah National Forest and along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The views are unmatched and guaranteed to show off the lush green Appalachian mountains in all directions. The address listed is for favorite hike, Graveyard Fields.
Downtown Brevard
Take a walk through historic downtown Brevard. Stop by Cup and Saucer for a coffee and pop in to OP Taylors to experience toy store nostalgia! If you're lucky, you might even see a white squirrel.
Sliding Rock
If you're feeling adventurous bring a swim suit and take a visit to Sliding Rock, a natural waterslide! The drive through Pisgah National Forest will not disappoint. Be prepared, the average river temperature in the summer is 60 degrees!
Looking Glass Falls
They don't call Transylvania County "The land of waterfalls" for nothing!
