Question

Can I stay at the Painted Lady Bed & Brew?

Answer

The Painted Lady is a small establishment and is providing the bride and groom two of their on site rooms for getting ready and spending the night. Unfortunately, additional rooms are not available for wedding guests. We recommend staying at a near by hotel in Old Town to be close to the venue. A few recommendations include Hotel Albuquerque, Hotel Chaco, and the Double Tree near downtown. If you have any additional questions about out of town accommodations please reach out to us!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you RSVP by June 30th, 2025. This is because we do need to provide our the venue and caterer with a guest total in a timely manner. Our venue has a strict maximum capacity of 75 guests. If you are not able to make it, please let us know so we may extend an invitation to others. If you need to change your RSPV after June 30th, please reach out to the bride and groom directly.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of the predetermined plus ones allocated on your personal RSVP slot. This is because our venue has a strict capacity of 75 guests. Your personal RSVP will indicate if you have been allotted the option to bring a plus one. Once you type your name into the RSPV system, it will allow you to enter your plus one's information if you have been provided one.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes!! We will be providing appetizers and catered dinner. We will be having Manana Taco cater a build your own taco bar with chicken, beef, and a veggie option. We will also be providing cake for guests to eat during the cake cutting. Also, we will be having s'mores to make yourself by the fire pit for a late night treat! We will have a vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free option. If you have specific dietary restrictions, we recommend eating beforehand and bringing your favorite snacks!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yep! Please drink on us! Our venue is only able to provide beer, wine, cider, and hard seltzer. Unfortunately, we are not able to serve hard liquor or mixed drinks due to the venue restrictions. As much as we love a good party, please be mindful of your personal limits for alcohol consumption so we can all enjoy the night!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to not take photos on their phones during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer for the day to capture all the beautiful moments, and we would hate to have a phone make an appearance in our photos. Please take as many pictures as you would like during the reception and share them with us!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to come however you please! We welcome any personal style preferences. We suggest semi-formal attire. Our wedding party will be dressed to a fall color palette (burnt orange, forest green, and gold) but you are not required to as well, only if you want to! Please keep in mind this is an outdoor venue, dress for end of summer/fall weather! We recommend having an umbrella handy in the car just in case.

For all the days along the way
