What is the address & parking arrangements?

Answer

556 Conneaut Lake Rd. Adamsville, PA 16110 Parking attendants will direct you for parking. They will also provide transportation from the parking area to the event area. No long walks necessary. If you are handicapped or require extra assistance please notify parking attendants when you arrive. They will guide you to the best parking and assist you with anything you need along the way.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP at least, one month prior to event. Gavyn's birthday is a great reference 8/17!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony is to start promptly at 3:30 p.m.. Please arrive around 3 p.m. to allow time for parking and find your seats.

What time should I arrive for the reception?

Answer

The reception is to follow the wedding. Cocktail hour starting at 4 p.m. Please be seated to start the reception promptly by 5 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Dress code is semi-formal western attire. Please no shorts, rugged jeans, flip flops, tank tops or anything that falls under this category. Dress code is semi-formal enjoy the time to dress up more than usual, but no need for tuxedos or ball gowns either.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, we are not providing transportation to or from the hotel. The hotel is 5 miles from the venue. If you are unable to drive please find someone sober to escort you to the hotel.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, we ask this to be an adult only event for both wedding and reception. Only children who will be present are members of the bridal party. If you would like your child(s) to attend you must contact the bride or groom for permission. You must get approval before you RSVP.
