Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If the weather allows it, the ceremony will be held outdoors. If not, the ceremony will be inside and the room will be flipped for the reception during cocktail hour.

What should I wear?

Answer

Whatever you feel comfortable in! Dress code is cocktail or semi-formal, and nothing similar to white. Outdoor space consists of lots of grass, so keep that in mind for heel/shoe choice as it will be open for both ceremony and during reception if weather permits.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:00-4:15pm. Ceremony will start at 4:30 with no interruptions.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

There will be a few children involved in the ceremony but we STRONGLY encourage you to leave the kids at home. Although we love them all, we would prefer if everybody is able to enjoy themselves and let loose without having to worry about your children. Enjoy a night without the kids!

Feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate. There will be vegetarian option for dinner.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES!!! Please take advantage of it, but know your limits. We will have selection of wines, beers, specialty drinks, and assorted liquors. NO shots are permitted, NO outside beverages.

After Reception

You are more than welcome to join us at the hotel patio with fire pits if weather permits, where you can BYOB to celebrate longer. If weather is not permitting, there is a bar in the Buffalo Wild Wings right across the street to keep the party going.

Drinks on limo bus?

Answer

Drinks will not be served on the limo bus but you are more than welcome to bring them on.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes, the venue is fully handicap accessible.
