NYC Airports

You can fly into Newark, La Guardia, or JFK. La Guardia is the most convenient, but has the least number of flight options and tends to be more expensive. Newark and JFK are equally inconvenient, but for different reasons. A cab/uber/lyft will be about $70 from either Newark or JFK to lower Manhattan. A cab/uber/lyft costs about $50 from La Guardia to lower Manhattan. You can also get into the city via subway or train. Helpful Apps

Although the WIFI availability on the subway has greatly improved in recent years, it can be helpful to have a copy of the MTA subway map downloaded on your phone that you can access offline. Search either the Play Store or Apple store for an app called "NYC Subway Map."
