Welcome Gathering

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Mountain Chic Attire: For guys, think dark denim and boots with a nice button-up and jacket. For the ladies, consider a spring flowy dress or midi skirt and boots. If you’re looking for a fun accessory, consider a western hat!

There will be heavy hors d'oeuvres served with a cash bar option! Can't wait to see you!

Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal Attire: You’re welcome to wear tuxes & gowns or suits & midi dresses. Western hats are encouraged all weekend! Please check the FAQs for more details!

Transportation: Gondola transportation is required to reach our venue. Please arrive at the River Run Gondola at least an hour before (3:30pm) the ceremony. From there, you'll transfer to The Outpost Gondola, which will take you directly to our ceremony and venue site at Timber Ridge Lodge. Event Details: Join us atop Keystone mountain for our outdoor ceremony. Following the ceremony, hors d'oeuvres and spirits will be served on the Timber Ridge patio. Dinner will take place in the Lodge, followed by dancing! We can't wait to celebrate with you! Please note: Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting.

Post Wedding Gathering

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Western Casual Attire: If you’re looking for inspiration, we are thinking *Canadian tuxedo* denim-on-denim with a fun accessory like a western hat and/or cowboy boots!

There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails!
