What’s the best way to get there?
Answer
We will be staying from 4/29 to 5/8 and will fly into San Jose Cabo International Airport (SJD). It's the closest airport to the resort. From the airport, the resort offers a shuttle to and from. You will see this info when you check out through the room booking link.

Airport/Resort Shuttle Information:

Transportation will be provided to and from the airport for our wedding. To arrange your shuttle, please email iortiz@hrhloscabos.com with your flight details. Manually enter your info, DO NOT INCLUDE SCREENSHOTS. Your email should contain the below info: Hotel confirmation number (One per room booked): Full name of the reservation: Dates of stay: Airline, flight number, and arrival time at Los Cabos International Airport: Airline, flight number, and departure time from Los Cabos International Airport for your return transfer: Number of persons traveling: Please note the shuttle luggage policy: • Each guest may bring 1 full-size suitcase and 1 carry-on or larger personal bag. • If your reservation includes more than 2 people and/or you will have more than the allowed luggage, you will need to book a private shuttle. Private shuttle details: • Cost: $360 total • Capacity: Up to 10 people • All guest must check in and be present at the same time. • If fewer people are in the private shuttle, the extra space can be used for additional luggage. Where should we stay?
Answer
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the resort for our guests. While the number of rooms is currently limited, we can increase the block if needed. If you see a message saying the rooms are fully booked, please let us know—we’ll take care of it. If you choose to stay off-site, please note that Hard Rock Los Cabos requires a guest pass to attend the wedding, which costs $198/Person (if staying off site). This is a resort policy, not ours. The resort will also charge us a $100/Person for those who stay on site, but don't use our booking link (2 charges/Person due our venue change). A full day guest pass (non wedding day) is $302/Person if you wish to come to the resort for a full day outside of the wedding date.

How long can we stay for?
Answer
In order to get the room discount, you must stay for a minimum of 3 nights. You are more than welcome to stay longer and still receive the group discount rate. If you choose to do so, please let us know. We plan on arriving Wednesday, April 29th and staying through the week.

What's the dress code?
Answer
Semi Formal/Beach Formal. Men can wear nice dress shorts and flip flops if they please. Long or short dresses are okay as well for women. If you have any questions, ask Kora!

Will there be events other than the wedding day?

Yes! Details to come about our welcome party and other events we have planned for all of our guests.
