What’s the best way to get there?
Answer
While at this time we have not confirmed our own flight plans yet, we plan to fly into San Jose Cabo International Airport (SJD). It's the closest airport to the resort. From the airport, the resort offers a shuttle to and from. You will see this info when you check out through the room booking link.

-The shuttle is free for 2 people per reservation. It is a $100 round trip per additional person added. Please be sure to let them know if you are adding anyone outside of the 2 free guests. -There are additional shuttle services if you would like to take a Luxury Suburban ($380 USD-6 people), or a Van ($340 USD-10 people). Prices are per vehicle, not per person. -You can bring 1 larger suitcase/bag and 1 carry on sized item on the shuttle. Any items over this will need to be booked via their private transportation service referenced above. -Please book your shuttle no less than a month in advance of your arrival. -When booking the shuttle/private car, please email vacationplanners@hrhloscabos.com and manually enter the info below (No screenshots): Hotel confirmation number: Full name of the reservation: Dates of stay: Airline, flight number and arrival time to Los Cabos International Airport: Airline, flight number and departure time from Los Cabos International Airport for your return transfer: Number of persons traveling:

Where should we stay?
Answer
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the resort for our guests. While the number of rooms is currently limited, we can increase the block if needed. If you see a message saying the rooms are fully booked, please let us know—we’ll take care of it. If you choose to stay off-site, please note that Hard Rock Los Cabos requires a guest pass to attend the wedding, which costs $195. This is a resort policy, not ours.

How long can we stay for?
Answer
In order to get the room discount, you must stay for a minimum of 3 nights. You are more than welcome to stay longer and still receive the group discount rate. If you choose to do so, please let us know. We plan on arriving Thursday, April 30th and staying through the week.
