When and where is the wedding?

We are getting married on December 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM at The Wedding Chapel (10310 Jonestown Road, Grantville, PA 17028). Our reception will follow at Wind in the Willows (35 Webster School Rd, Grantville, PA 17028), just a mile from the chapel. Join us for cocktail hour at 4:00 PM, where we’ll have hot cocoa and a sweet treat to warm you up before the celebration begins!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held indoors at The Wedding Chapel. The reception will take place inside the barn at Wind in the Willows, which is fully ADA-accessible. Cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, so feel free to dress comfortably for the weather!

What time should guests arrive?

We recommend arriving by 2:30 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled before the ceremony begins at 3:00 PM.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available at both the ceremony and reception venues for all guests. Please follow the entrance and exit arrows on-site to ensure smooth traffic flow.

We’d love for you to dress semi-casual, but most importantly, come as you are! Whether you love dressing up or keeping it casual, we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy celebrating with us. We can’t wait to share this special day with you!

Answer

Yes, all kids are welcome to our wedding, but we'd love for you to use this as a date opportunity! However, we kindly ask parents who bring their children to keep a close eye on their children during the event to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment. We’re excited to celebrate with your family and create lasting memories!

Yes! After the ceremony, join us for a cocktail hour at 4:00 PM at Wind in the Willows. We’ll have a hot cocoa bar with all the fixings, and for those who’d like, we’ll have festive alcoholic beverages available to spike your cocoa and add a little extra cheer!

Yes, we’d love for you to capture and share moments from our special day! Feel free to take photos and post on social media. We kindly ask that while you are taking photos, you be mindful of our professional photographer and avoid interfering with her shots.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

Answer

We will be getting married, rain or snow! We'd love for you to join us. We are aware that many of our guests will be traveling, so we encourage everyone to follow recommended road safety guidelines and use caution if the weather is not clear. While we hope for beautiful weather, we’re excited to celebrate with you no matter what!
