What should I wear to the Welcome Dinner?

Answer

Our welcome dinner is a fairly casual event where we aim to welcome you all to the beautiful Monterey area. Since we know many of our guests will be traveling on this day and/or hopefully exploring the area, don't feel pressured to get fancy! Feel free to wear jeans and a nice top. No button-down shirts or dresses required!

Is there parking at the Welcome Dinner venue?

Answer

Yes! California Seltzer Co. has their own medium-sized parking lot. Additionally, there is ample street parking and a small lot across the street from the restaurant. There is a nice park right across the street with beautiful views of the Monterey Bay if you want to come a little early for a great photo-op!

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please wear semi-formal attire to the wedding ceremony/reception. Examples of semi-formal attire include knee or mid-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suit jacket and slacks. No jeans please! The ceremony will be outside and on a cliff overlooking the ocean so consider bringing a jacket or cover up! The cocktail hour and reception are indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, self-parking is available. We do recommend carpooling as parking is somewhat limited. Ubers and taxis are allowed to drop off/pick up guests in front of the hotel.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

When you receive your invite, there will be a link and a QR code that direct you to the online RSVP for both the welcome dinner and the wedding. When RSVP'ing, enter your name and press continue. Your name and any invited guests will appear. If you are unsure if your invite includes a plus one, please reach out to Tyler and/or Emily!
