Konstantyn and I were both the tag alongs on a brunch date with our two friends. My friend and I showed up 3 hours late... I almost didn't go because honestly I wasn't feeling up to it (was hungover too.) But my friend forced me. When I finally showed up, I saw K and he stood up in all his glory like a tall refreshing drink of water ( a very much needed hydrating cup of water at that point too lol) and said: "I'm glad I waited." and I said: " Well now I'm glad I came..." and the rest is history! Konstantyn has always been a gentleman since the first date. He picked me up and waited for me outside of his car and opened the door for me. He bought me flowers 3 days after his birthday on International Women's Day. He's an old fashioned romantic which I absolutely love. A "gentleman and a scholar" as he calls it. LOL Fast forward to a year later, we did our first international travel to Spain. And I'll never forget how adamant he was about carrying all the bags including my carry on and luggage! I wasn't used to this and attempted to help several times and he refused to let me, telling me to just look pretty and carry my own purse. And that was the moment I knew that this man is the one for me. To this day, the floral bouquets never get old, and sometimes they come on days "just because." We make each other laugh. Our inside humor I don't think anyone would understand. We just get each other. Our adventures, our idea of FUN could be anything from travelling, sailing, camping, going to happy hours, fancying the arts of mixology or just chilling on the couch sitting next to each other in silence. It is never a dull moment with each other. As K, likes to say "You're going to live longer because I make you laugh." Well here's to living longer and staying young together forever because we BOTH make each other laugh.
