This is going to be a casual relaxing day. Come dressed nice, but ready for a relaxing night on the bay with games, music and a firepit at sunset.
If you can make it down early, then you will love strolling the main street of North East, MD. It is one of the best Chesapeake Bay shore towns. There is some fun shopping, coffee shops, and good restaurants for lunch.
If you want a great nature walk, there is a paved trail in the Elk Park State Park that will take you to an amazing view of the bay and a lighthouse. They have a parking lot and the walk is about 15 minutes.
