We're Getting Married!

We first met at work back in May of 2016. When James thew a barbecue to celebrate gaining his US Citizenship, we really hit it off. We continued to get to know each other when we'd hang out with our friend group during pizza night at the local bowling alley. In August the same year, we went on our first date, and our story unfolded from there. At the beginning, we'd spend many a night watching American Horror Story; those nights usually ended with James rushing back to the safety of his car from Ally's apartment on the unlit backside of the building which faced the woods. We soon discovered our shared love of food, and introduced each other to new cuisines. James introduced Ally to a new world of Korean food, and Ally in return introduced James to his first real s'more and her mom's spinach dip. After several years of dating, during a much needed vacation to Martha's Vineyard in July 2021, James proposed to Ally at the Japanese botanical garden. We spent the rest of the trip enjoying the local food, visiting an Alpaca farm, and soaking in the bliss of being newly engaged. We are so excited to celebrate our love with you all in September!
