While we would love to celebrate with all of your little ones, due to the intimate nature of our wedding weekend and limited space at the venue, we are only able to accommodate children specifically included on the invitation. Thank you so much for your understanding and we cannot wait to celebrate with you.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

September in Woodland Park typically brings crisp, beautiful fall weather with daytime temperatures usually in the mid-to-upper 60s and cooler evenings dropping into the low 40s. Colorado mountain weather can change quickly, so we recommend bringing layers, a jacket for the evening, and comfortable shoes for uneven terrain.

What airport should we fly into?

Denver International Airport (DEN) About a 2–2.5 hour drive to Woodland Park. Colorado Springs Airport (COS) Approximately a 35–45 minute drive to Woodland Park.

Will the food be good?

Answer

Yes! We are planning on providing dinners on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and a Sunday brunch, everyone is welcome! We will have various general foodstuffs available at the house, but you are largely on your own for other meals. You are welcome to bring food to the house or eat out in the surrounding area.

Will any fun be had?

Answer

No, this is serious business, any frolicking is strictly prohibited. Just kidding! We will have lawn games and indoor games. The house sits on an expanse of land ripe for exploration and enjoyment! In fact, anyone caught not frolicking will be given a stern warning.

Do I have to be at the house the entire weekend?

Answer

While we are very excited to see and spend time with everyone, we realize that folks may have different schedules and interests. You are welcome to explore the surrounding area and come and go as you please. Colorful Colorado is a beautiful place!
