We're getting married!

About 25 years ago, we were just two kids meeting on the playground at Lynwood Elementary School. I’d love to say the rest is history—but really, we played the long game. We grew up as just school friends, all the way through college. During college, life took us in different directions, and for a while, we didn’t think much about each other. Like I said—the long game. It wasn’t until the end of college that things began to change. One evening after dinner, with our last semester behind us, we decided to take a walk to Rita’s Italian Ice. Kyle, ever the gentleman, bought me a watermelon Italian ice (not dinner, since we were still “just friends” thirty minutes earlier). That simple, sweet—pun intended—gesture was all it took for something to click. We realized we had something special. One dog, five moves, and ten years of adventures later, we’ve built a beautiful, sweet life together. We’re so excited to turn the page to our next chapter and celebrate the love we share with our friends and family. Cheers! Kate & Kyle
