Indian weddings are extremely joyous events that bring together two families. We encourage you to partake in as many of the festivities as you feel comfortable. Being a bystander and taking pictures is welcome too! If you have any questions regarding the customs, do not hesitate to ask any one of the family members. We are all happy to have you and happy to help.
The Groom's side will begin the Baraat at 9:00 am. The Baraat will be outdoors, weather permitting. The purpose of the Baraat is for Sid and his guests to make a grand introduction to Komal's family and friends. This includes lots of music, dancing, and Sid's grand entrance. The Wedding Ceremony will follow after the Baraat and will be at The Marriott. Lunch will be provided.
You will not be required to wear an Indian outfit to any event.
YES, you can wear an Indian outfit but don't fret, it's not a requirement. The best event to don Indian Garb is at the wedding.
