Dressy casual is perfectly fine with us. Definitely not black-tie attire! We want you to be comfortable.
Parking will be on the grass at the West Ranch right next to the ceremony and reception location!
The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors! We will have a tent for dinner and the dance floor and we are crossing our fingers that it doesn't rain during the ceremony.
We are having 2 different food stations (taco bar and pasta bar) so you will have plenty of options to choose from.
This is Tara's number one question when she goes anywhere! We will have a variety of cupcakes made by Jamie-Le. If you haven't had one of her cupcakes yet, you're in for a treat!
Open bar is exactly the answer you wanted to hear! We will be having a draft beer brew made by Brandon (our brother-in-law) and Jamie-Le. A bartender will be available to make cocktails upon request. This is your cue to bring some cash for tipping. Soft drinks, water, and kids' drinks will be available to grab from iced bins.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony time. This gives you time to park and take a seat. Last thing you want is to be walking down the aisle right before Tara comes down!
Yes, undetermined how long the gap will be, but Kolton and Tara won't be doing a first look in advance (saving the special moment for everyone to witness). You can get a head start on drinking and snacks while the bride, groom, and wedding party take a few pictures.
YES! For all things good, please put your phone away during the ceremony! We paid a pretty penny to have a professional photographer and videographer to capture these moments. The last thing we want to see in pictures and the video is your phone in the way. Thank you for understanding!
The lovely Lisa (Tara's mom) will be available all day to make sure everything is running smoothly. What else are mothers for right?
We would appreciate if you respected our decisions on the invite list, but you can reach out to Tara or Kolton if you would like to bring someone.
