They met in 2018, when the groom Dre'Tuan "slid" in the bride Kolleetta's DM's. After two long years of trying to get the attention of the Bride to be the groom finally got a reply. A simple reply turned into their first date to the movies to see the bride's favorite actor Denzel Washington in the movie titled "The Equalizer 2". After the movie they went to Applebees for dinner and was unseparable ever since. Kolleetta loved the simplicity of dinner and a movie as well as dates to musical concerts and comedy shows. Dre'Tuan stood out to her because of the wonderful father he is to not only his child but her children as well. Dre'Tuan loved how Kolleetta made him feel truly seen and valued. Her attention and care made him feel wanted in a way that was deeply meaningful to him. They now have a blended family. The dates and family time with their children connected them closer and closer to get to this day and a wonderful future forever together.
