If your invitation was addressed to you “+ Guest” then we encourage you to bring someone along that you find special, but it is not required.
If your invitation was addressed to your family, then your kids are welcome! But, we understand if you choose not to bring them. Please RSVP accordingly.
Yes! Staying in the Navy Yard will be the easiest in terms of getting to/from our wedding, but there are plenty of accommodations throughout the DC metro area. We have a reserved a block of rooms at two hotels in the Navy Yard, for more details see the Travel section on our website.
Yes, but there are a limited number of spaces available to us. Please contact Nicole if you will be needing one of them, a parking pass will be requested. Parking may be available at Yards Lot Q directly east of the winery, and there may be limited street parking available throughout the Navy Yard but public parking is not guaranteed. We recommend utilizing the parking accommodations at your hotel and the shuttle service that has been arranged. Yes! There will be blank ones available at the gifts/cards table.
Formal attire is requested. We would love for guests to join us in wearing our wedding colors on our special day, but it is by no means required. While champagne and gold are welcome, no whites please! We ask that guests arrive to District Winery 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will start at 5pm, followed by a cocktail hour, then dinner and dancing. There will be wine and hors d’oeuvres available for those guests arriving to the venue early on Friday.

Yes! Please list all dietary restrictions and allergies when you RSVP on the website. Dinner will be served family style. District Winery staff will be made aware of all dietary restrictions so your food can be prepared accordingly.
Yes! There will be an open bar. We encourage you to tip your bartenders. No outside alcohol permitted.
