READ THE RSVP PAGE CAREFULLY!!

After scanning the RVSP QR code on your invitation, if you are prompted to RSVP for "Wedding", you have been invited to the ceremony in person. if you are only prompted to RSVP for "Virtual Ceremony" then you have only been invited to the virtual ceremony and NOT the wedding in person.

Question

Why does my invitation not have a venue address?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, if your invitation does not have a venue address you were only invited to the virtual ceremony.

Question

If I can attend the wedding in person, should I also RSVP "will attend" to the virtual ceremony?

Answer

That is up to you. The virtual ceremony option is there if you are unable to attend the wedding but still wish to be part of the day. If you are able to attend the wedding in person then simply respond "will attend" under the "Wedding" page and you can choose either option for the virtual ceremony prompt.

Do I need an account to watch the virtual ceremony?

Answer

Nope! All you need is the link which can be found on your invitation or on the "SCHEDULE" page!

I cannot attend the wedding but I want to watch the virtual ceremony?

Answer

That is okay! When you go to RSVP just be sure to click "will not attend" for the "Wedding" page and "will attend" on the "Virtual Ceremony" page.

Where can I stay nearby?

Answer

Click the "TRAVEL" tab! There you can find hotels as well as places from Airbnb and VRBO depending on your preference.

Where can I park?

Answer

On the property! The house has a huge driveway. When you arrive, drive all the way down until you see the house, there will be someone there to assist you with parking your car.

Where is everything happening?

Answer

On the grounds! When you arrive you will see chairs set up near the river for the ceremony. After the ceremony you can make your way over to the beautiful open field only a few steps away for the reception.

How long is the drive?

Answer

From Patchogue, the drive is roughly 6/6.5 hours.

What should I wear?

Answer

Everything will be outside and on grass. Ladies we suggest flats, wedges or a chunky heel. Dressy casual attire is perfect!

What happens if I forget to RSVP but I want to come?

Answer

If you have been invited to the ceremony in person, you need to RSVP. If you do not RSVP you will not be counted. If you do not know if you can attend at the time you receive the invitation that is fine, just make sure you remember to come back and RSVP when you know.

What should I do if I RSVP "yes" but I can no longer attend?

Answer

Things happen. we won't hold it against you! Just let us know so that we can adjust the headcount with our caterer.

I am flying in, what are my options?

Answer

Pittsburgh International Airport is about an hour away from the venue! It is probably easiest to fly into there.

Is there anything else I should know?

Answer

Please do not use your phone during the ceremony. If you need to make a phone call, please step away. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer, we do not need you to take photos and videos too, the photos and video will look a lot nicer if you do not have your phone up in the air. This is really important to us, please be considerate. During the reception however, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want!
