Our story began in a place where most people go to break a sweat or relieve stress — the gym. We were both working as health and wellness coaches, focused on helping others become their strongest, healthiest selves. At first, we were just co-workers, crossing paths between training sessions and wellness consults. But it didn’t take long before those shared shifts turned into real conversations, genuine laughter, and a friendship that felt effortless. What started as a professional connection quickly grew into something more. We discovered a shared passion for fitness, music, and living life with intention. But what truly bonded us was something deeper — we had both faced significant health challenges in our pasts, and had come out the other side stronger, more resilient, and with a deeper appreciation for life. That mutual understanding and empathy created a connection that went beyond the surface.
