In June of 2014, Pryce attended Leadership High School Camp at River Pointe Church the summer between her freshman and sophomore year at Foster High School. Kolby, who attended the camp as a student the previous year was back as a volunteer. During one of the activities, which was a canoe race, Pryce needed a partner, and Kolby offered to be her teammate without hesitation. Little did they know, this fateful canoe race at River Pointe Church marked the beginning of their happily ever after. Kolby and Pryce started dating shortly after in September 2014 and after both graduating from Foster High School in 2016 and 2017, a long-distance relationship traveling I-10 between College Station, TX and Baton Rouge, LA [GEAUX AGGIES] from 2017 to 2020 and navigating the early stages of their professional careers, Kolby proposed. On October 22, 2022 he got down on one knee at the same pond where they first met — River Pointe Church! Now, after nine joyous years together, Kolby and Pryce are eagerly anticipating their upcoming nuptials.
