We ask that all guests RSVP by May 1st. In an effort to finalize quantity needs with vendors, an accurate headcount is important. Your invitation will prompt you with a link to RSVP through our website if you'd prefer.
We ask that guests honor a formal dress code. Preferably women in a long dress and men in a dark suit or tux. Specifically, please no jeans, hats, or shorts.
Due to limitations with our vendors, we couldn’t give plus one's to everyone, but please review your wedding invitation for details.
We have a block reserved at the Inn the Square, it's under the Gantt Wedding. The block will be held until April 30th.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time.
For general questions or concerns in the days leading up to the wedding, please reach out to Lauren Parramore, Maid of Honor or Maddie Dixon, Matron of Honor.
Our ceremony and reception is planned to be an adults only event with the exception of children of family and close friends. Your invitation will state if your children are included.
We encourage you to take as many pictures as you'd like after we say "I do". During the ceremony there will be photographers hired to document, please be present with us and unplug.
The cocktail hour will include a selection of beer, wine, and limited signature cocktails. The reception will be limited to a select beer and wine.
Greenwood is limited regarding hired driver accommodations so please make an effort to coordinate any necessary transportation ahead of time. Vehicles may be left at the venue until 3 pm the following day if needed.
The ceremony will take place outdoors. The reception will also be outdoors with a tent.
The cocktail hour will begin around 6 pm and will include hors d'oeuvres, music, and beverages. This time will last an hour as the wedding party and families take pictures.
Because the venue is outdoors, not all spaces may be wheelchair accessible. That being said, we will have ushers directing and seating people, please make them aware if you may need extra assistance being seated.
