FAQs

The Wedding Website of Janelle Ealdama and Chris Kolaxis
Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 20th. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue the exact head count by a certain date. If you've RSVP'd 'yes' and find that you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:30-4:45 PM to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Our ceremony will start right at 5:00 PM.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that you attend as the guest named on your invitation, as we are keeping our celebration intimate. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception limited to those in our bridal party (siblings of the groom). We encourage you to use this evening as a date night to celebrate with us!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is bring fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like and share them with us!

Question

Can I Park Overnight?

Answer

Yes, overnight parking is allowed! We understand the importance of ensuring everyone gets home safely. Guests can leave their vehicles overnight - we just ask you pick up your car at 10 AM the following morning.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail attire (excluding mens white dress shirts). Cocktail dress code for women includes floor length gowns, tea-length, and midi dresses. For men this includes suits and ties. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please note, the bridal party will be wearing shades of light blues.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will have vegan and gluten free options at the wedding. Please let us know if you have any other allergies/dietary restrictions we should know about so we may plan accordingly.

Question

Whom should I call/text with questions?

Answer

Please reach out to Janelle with questions at 727-320-3819.
