Flight
When you're booking your flight, you'll want to be flying into SeaTac Airport. From there you'll be able to get a RideShare or rental car. The drive from SeaTac to Tacoma is about 30 minutes.

If you are planning to stay on Vashon Island, we recommend either AirBnB or a suite at the Vashon Inn. Unfortunately, Vashon Inn does not allow for blocked rooms so we recommend booking as soon as you can to reserve your room!

Travel Note
Please note that you can't get to Vashon Island without taking the ferry. The ferry will leave from the Point Defiance Terminal and you'll want to take the Tahlequah ferry (about 15 minute crossing time). If you choose to stay in Seattle, you will want to take the Fauntleroy ferry (about 20 minute crossing time). Please note that this driving route will be longer once you arrive on Vashon Island and we will not have shuttle access from there to the venue. You can either walk on for about $7 or drive on for about $30. This is a ONE TIME fee as you're leaving the mainland. You will not be charged on the way back. You can get you tickets at the terminal. Ferry times are at the attached link but if you have any trouble at all, please feel free to contact Emily and she can help you out.

A bus will be running from the Point Defiance ferry terminal to the venue prior to the ceremony and following the reception for those who choose to walk onto the ferry from Tacoma

If you're planning to drive to Froggsong Gardens, there is PLENTY of parking available so have no fear. However, we would love all of our guests to get home safe and sound so please make arrangements for a designated driver before committing to this idea. <3

Vashon Island does not have Uber or Lyft so if you're not planning on driving or taking the shuttle, you can utilize Vashon Taxi. They require a reservation ahead of time and you can find their number on their website.
