When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We are calling it “Mountain Cocktail” to help set the vibe. Gentlemen, please no jeans or shorts. We understand it will potentially be warm, so suit jackets not required. However, it does get windy down by the lake and especially once the sun goes down. Ladies, the ceremony location is on the sand, so stilettos are discouraged. There will be lots of dancing, so make sure you are able to get your grove on!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you arrive to The Arch at Lakeside Beach by 5:45pm. Our access to the location will begin at 5:30pm, so don’t feel that you need to be super early. If you are traveling with us on the shuttle, you will be there on time. The first shuttle will depart the Hilton Vacation Club at approximately 5:30pm and make two trips. If you get to the ceremony site ahead of time, there is The Landing Hotel directly across the street which has a fabulous bar. We will have pictures immediately following the ceremony and run two shuttle trips back to Riva Grill. Our reception will start at 6:30pm and we want to get as much time celebrating with you as possible!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We highly recommend the Hilton Vacations Club right next to Riva Grill! There is also The Landing, which is across from the ceremony site at Lakeside Beach. There are many hotels in the area so depending on how long you will be staying and any extra activities you are interested in, we can make additional recommendations. Reminder that it is technically a holiday weekend, so book early!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes and no. At the ceremony site (The Arch at Lakeside Beach) there is extremely limited parking in the area. At Riva Grill, there is complementary valet parking. If you are staying at the Hilton Vacation Club or can get to that location, we will be providing shuttle transportation to the ceremony site and back. There is additional Hilton parking across Highway 50 on Ski Run Blvd (about a quarter mile walk). We highly encourage carpooling for people driving to Riva Grill as well as ride sharing, although there may be delays and high demand given the holiday weekend.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. There will be numerous options available. If you are vegetarian, we can have a special plate made for you.
