When should I RSVP?

RSVPs will open when formal invitations are sent. Please ensure your accurate* RSVP is submitted to us by no later than Saturday, October 12. *If your RSVP changes once you've submitted it, please ensure to come back and adjust it as necessary! If it changes after the deadline, please reach out to one of us directly to make sure we know.

What will the weather be like?

LOL good question! Welcome to Nebraska, where in November it could be 82°F and sunny or 9°F and snowy. (Yes, those are the real record temperatures on the date of our wedding.) Right now it's looking to be a warmer-than-average season. (Fingers crossed!) But best to keep an eye on the extended forecast! Either way, Spencer will make sure you know it's humid.

When should we arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive around 20 minutes early to the ceremony to allow time to park, be seated, and get yourself situated so we can get the show on the road expeditiously!

What's the sitch for transportation and parking?
Answer
Please plan to use one of the following three options for parking: 1. FREE - Parking lot directly north of Founders One Nine (across the street) at 19th & St Marys Ave. 2. FREE - Parking lot at the Omaha Children's Museum at 20th & St Marys Ave. 3. METERED - Street parking around the venue, payable through the Park Omaha App. Please do not park in the adjacent lot at the venue (on the east side) - this is reserved parking only!

Gotta know...what can I expect for food?

If you're like us and you want to be sure you're not going to STARVE and get hangry, here's some idea of when we're going to put food in front of you! We will have passed hot and cold hors d'oeuvres immediately following the ceremony during cocktail hour. For dinner (beginning around 6:30 pm, we will have a hearty buffet with both chicken and beef entree options! If you have any dietary restrictions, please inform us with your RSVP so we can make alternate accommodations for you!

Do I need to bring cash for the bar?

We will be providing hosted wine, beer, seltzers, and soda! All other beverages and mixed drinks will be available for purchase. Additionally, we are very pleased to report that our venue pays their staff appropriate wages so they don't have to rely on gratuity. Therefore, the bartenders will not expect cash tips!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love all your little ones, unless we have specifically addressed your children on your invitation, we will not be including children in order to maintain our guest number budget and be able to invite all our loved ones. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so Becca has networked with Omaha nannies and caretakers to provide contacts for babysitters if you cannot find other accommodations for them. (Because just as much as we're sure you'd enjoy a child-free evening out, what kid wouldn't want a parent-free night of hotel swimming, pizza, and movies?!) If you'd be interested in booking yourself a sitter, Becca has sent out an email with babysitter recommendations in the area! If you did not get that email and you're interested, please contact us and we'd be happy to send it forward.

Hello, all of Becca's people! No, it's not pronounced like "cokes"! It has Czech roots and sounds like "KO-kash". Hence why we're referring to this event as the "Kokes Bash" of 2024! ;)
