Fly into either Dallas / Fort Worth Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL). They are about the same distance to the venue and the hotel.

A rental car is recommended for at least one person in your group. Everything in DFW is very spread out, there are no buses, and the venue is not very close to anything. However, there will be a shuttle to the wedding from the hotel.
