The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Shuttle service will be provided from 3:15–3:45 PM from the base of the hill to the ceremony site. Please note, if you are not at the base of the hill by 3:45 PM, you will miss the ceremony and will have to be escorted up after. Please arrive early to allow time for transportation.
The dress code is black tie, preferred. Think summer elegance! For women, long dresses preferred and color is encouraged. For men, either tuxedo or dark suit preferred.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.
Parking at the venue is limited. If you choose to drive, all vehicles must be removed by the end of the evening, as overnight parking is not permitted and towing will be enforced. We highly encourage using Uber or other rideshare options. Please note that shuttle transportation will be provided from the base of the hill to the private estate.
We will be providing a party bus to transport guests back to the Estancia hotel. If you are not staying at the hotel but would like to be included on the party bus after party, please let us know when you respond on the invite. The RSVPs will include an option to select whether you’d like transportation—please be sure to indicate Y/N, as this will help us plan accordingly.
Nope! We’ll be serving a family-style dinner with a variety of options for everyone to enjoy. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure you’re fully accommodated.
We have reserved a room block at the Estancia hotel. If you have not yet been added to the room block and would like to be added, please contact us!
