Maid of Honor
Stephanie (or as I know her, "Spoon") has been my best friend for almost two decades. We've known each other since elementary but have been inseparable since the middle of high school. Her and I have been by each other's side through new jobs, beginnings and endings of relationships, her marriage, the addition of her two adorable little girls, my many career changes, housing moves, happiest moments and all of each other's worst moments. Most of the favorite memories I have in this life include her and I couldn't imagine my day without her by my side. P.S. If you want an embarrassing story about me, you should definitely seek out Steph! She's got plenty of them and after a few cocktails, isn't afraid to share!
Best Man
If you know me you know Brock. I've literally know him his entire life. ;) When I think Brock I think funny, extremely talented and brutally honesty. Growing up together we got in our fair share of fights but that was mostly because we are so passionate about the same things. As I grow older I've come to greatly appreciate the fact that we share so many interests. We've been able to experience some amazing things together and you just can't put a price on that. Now that we are older and have started families, I am beyond excited to continue to share those kind of experiences with the best brother a guy could ask for, his wife and their adorable kiddos Lucy and Koda.
Bridesmaid
Courtney and I have also known each other since elementary school! We reunited in college (through Steph) and the three of us have been the best of friends. Courtney is often my voice of reason, the center of truth, a fantastic listener and an even better advice giver. Seriously! She's the best. I've always admired her for her tenacity and level of commitment to doing the things she wants and accomplishing what she sets out to do. Courtney audibly squealed when I told her about Max when I first met him and cried when I told her we were engaged which is a testament to her being one of my biggest cheerleaders in life.
Groomsman
Jason (or "Boomer" as some of us call him) has been one of my best friends for a long time. I've known him since high school, we worked together and went to college together. When we were at college together Jason met his awesome wife Laura and since then they have built a beautiful family. When Boomer and I get together, things usually get pretty loud, crazy and fun. We both love motor-sports, BBQ, metal and whiskey and I am so happy to be able to keep the good times going with our wives and families in the future to come. I couldn't be more grateful to have Jason stand up in my wedding and even though this year has been crazy it's gonna be great to celebrate this big day with one of the greatest friends a guy could have.
Bridesmaid
Believe it or not, I met Heather in 2014...on Craigslist of all places! We were both in search of a roommate at the time but little did we know we would actually find a forever friendship! Heather and I have become what we call "favor friends". Car died and need a lift? Need someone to get a package off your porch while you're out of town? We have done countless favors for each other over the years without a second thought. I love Heather because she tells it like it is and is unapologetically herself. Although we only lived together for a short time, it was hands down one of the best times in my life. To the friend that taught me what a "blazer" is and how to NOT open a wine bottle if you don't have a corkscrew, I can't wait for you to be here with me for this moment too!
Groomsman
I've known Nick (AKA Aardvark AKA Poulin) since 7th grade. We met while we were both discovering metal as kids and he's been one of my best friends ever since. I have countless stories of all the fun we had riding bikes as kids and crazy times going to brutal metal shows but some of the best times we've had have also been shared with my now wife. I'm so happy they have become friends and I cant wait to go to some more metal shows and make some more great memories together as a crew. I am very grateful to have Nick standing up in my wedding and even if this year has interrupted some of our plans I can't wait to all be together to celebrate this big day.
Officiant
The first thing you need to know about Alisha is that she really lives up to her last name! She is a wonderful addition to any person's life and spreads positivity and love everywhere she goes. Amber met Alisha while working at a previous job, lived with her for a short time before moving in with Max and they have remained close friends since. Alisha was so excited for the announcement of our engagement and soon after asked if we would consider her as our wedding officiant. Since she has known both of us since the beginning of our relationship and has watched us change and grow it became such an easy response! We are both overJOYed to have her to preside over our vows and be the stepping stone into our first moments as Mr. and Mrs.!
