Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may start arriving at 4:30. Guests must park at the shuttle parking lot located at 24120 Fort Beggs Dr, Plainfield, IL 60544. This is the local high school, Plainfield Central. Please park in the NORTH lot of the stadium . Shuttles will run between the lot and the venue. If you plan to take the hotel shuttle, it will drop guests at the front of the venue. Please enter to the back left.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Guests should park at the venues off-site lot at at 24120 Fort Beggs Dr, Plainfield, IL 60544. This is the local high school, Plainfield Central. Please park in the NORTH lot of the stadium. Shuttles will run between the lot and the venue before the ceremony, and a few times near the end of the wedding. Please note- this shuttle is separate than our hotel shuttle, the venue has their own shuttle for guests who choose to drive and park in the lot!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a midi- or floor-length dress, or a nice pantsuit. Please avoid white or cream colored attire. Thank you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our meal will be family style! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please note them on your RSVP. If you are vegetarian or vegan, we will provide you a plated meal.

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! Hotel guests may take our shuttle with Signature Transportation. The shuttle will leave The Chicago Marriott Naperville at 4:00pm and arrive to our ceremony/reception space by 4:30.

Will there be transportation from the reception to the hotel at the end of the night?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle running back to the hotel at 9:30pm and 11:00pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under 21 on our wedding day.

Will there be a welcome party?

Answer

We will be hosting a welcome party for the bridal party and close friends on Friday evening. For those invited, invitations for the welcome party will be included in our formal wedding invitations.
