Our wedding will now take place on September 19, 2020! We hope you can join us!
The health and wellness of our guests is top priority, and we have been in communication with our venue and vendors to see how we can make our wedding as clean and safe as possible. Here is a non-exhaustive list of accommodations: Symptom screening, individual hand sanitizers and masks available, sanitation reminders and cleaning throughout the night, socially distant spacing between dining tables, individualized dinner service and delivery, disposable dining ware, socially distant lounge areas, and a virtual streaming of the ceremony for those who wish to participate from home. This is in no way an all-inclusive list, and we will continue making adjustments as the day gets closer. We are hopeful that the warmer weather and outdoor venue will continue to allow the situation to improve naturally as the date gets closer.
Please RSVP no later than August 14, 2020 so we can plan accordingly. We understand that not everyone will be comfortable stepping into a public event like this so soon, and we respect any decision you make regarding your health and wellness. For those who cannot attend for any reason, we are in the process of identifying an option for those who may want to virtually attend.
Guests will begin entry between 4:30 pm and 4:55 pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. PLEASE account for potential traffic, as well as parking if you are driving. Same will likely apply for guests who are Ubering or traveling from a hotel.
There is street parking out front of the house, but we strongly encourage you to park or stay at the Residence Inn, listed under the travel tab, as there will be a shuttle to and from the wedding from this location.
The dress code is formal. The formal dress code is located somewhere between cocktail and black tie. For the ladies this dress code requires a short or long formal dress, a jumpsuit, or dressy separates. For men, a suit, dress shirt, and conservative tie is appropriate. Men can opt to wear a tuxedo if they wish, as the formal dress code is really another way to describe black tie optional.
While we love making new friends, please do not invite unexpected guests. Your formal invitation will include any guests we may have accounted for you and our guest count is at maximum capacity for the venue. If you are unsure, PLEASE reach out and ask and do not assume!
No, masks are not mandatory to be worn, but they are encouraged if you feel the need to do so. We will post the most current suggestions from the CDC and the state of California.
Yeah we do! Please check the hotel & room block tab for more information!
We are registered on Zola! If you have questions about how it works, ask Kody (because Cat has no idea!)
