One of the two grooms, Kody is a lover of animals, puzzles, and Dungeons and Dragons. He is a software developer working to support cancer research.

Benji's enduring best friend, Ryan is an occasional writer who will eventually publish something, a newly minted mobile game developer who finally released something, and co-owns a queer commune with Benji which will eventually be more than 11 acres and a frog pond. He also has a day job or something.
Mallory Harrison
Best Woman
Mallory met Kody in a transgender support group and they bonded over a shared love of Dungeons and Dragons, video games, and destroying the patriarchy. Mallory is a St. Louis-based software engineer who is a professional Game Master involved in the St. Louis improv scene.
Josie Ihnat

Josie met Kody when she called dibs on being his designated Epi-Pen stabber, maintaining that role despite living multiple states away at this point, and has since become Benji's favorite sister-in-law. Josie is in residency in New Orleans at Ochsner Health, and is a proud mother to her amputee snake.
Jessica Murphy

Kody's youngest maternal step-sibling, Jessie, resides in Nashville, working in music licensing and research. She has introduced the concept of being a "baddie" to her family, which is shown through her love of music, exercising, and shopping.

Having first met Benji at an Episcopal campus chaplaincy conference, Brad had the pleasure of serving as Benji’s ecclesiastical keeper full-time for 8 years and now serves in this sacred role on a PRN basis. They are an Episcopal priest in Arizona who currently serves in both New York and Long Island, and they love cute af teahouses, cats named Lotus, cars named Zippy, and waking up every morning to the roar of the Bronx Zoo Lions.

Kody's oldest maternal step-sibling, Lily loves her labradoodles Baily and Boston. She lives in St. Louis and works as a nurse while she pursues her MSN.
Michael Walden
Groomsman
Michael and Benji connected when they worked together in campus ministry. Michael is obsessed with the search for meaning in the modern world. In his free time, he reads obsessively, exercises passionately, and dances terribly.
Collin Eddy
Groomsman
Collin subbed as the instructor at C++ course Kody attended at Raytheon. After Collin made one too many Dungeons & Dragons references during the lecture, Kody informed him (not asked) that they would be friends. In the years since, they've shared campaigns, games, parties, and both high and low days. Now, the two work together at Spectral Instruments Imaging performing software wizardry on the daily.

Knowing both Kody and Benji before they knew each other, Jamie is a modern renaissance trans-man. He is a medical doctor, served in the Air Force National Guard, and is getting Master's in Spanish at the University of Arizona.

Kody's oldest (but still younger) sibling, Jacqueline loves travel, and her pet turtle Guava. She lives in Baltimore as she works through her residency at John Hopkins.

Benji's favorite brother-in-law, Nate loves birds, corn, and seafood boils (also with corn). He is starting out his career in plant genetics research and wants to eventually get a PhD in Genetics.

Chloe is Kody's Baby Sister (she fully embraces the title). Chloe is a sophomore at Palm Beach Atlantic University and loves being involved in everything she can be, including her Christian community. Chloe loves the beach, bedazzling, spending time with people she loves, and Italian men.
Nelson Mendoza
Officiant
Knowing both Kody and Benji before they knew each other, Nelson was the obvious choice for officiant. Nelson enjoys long walks in creepy graveyards at night while listening to murder podcasts and self-help audiobooks. He likes gaming, travel, and Jesus (like from the Bible not the guy who sold him bad tacos).
