We have a block of rooms at the Sundowner for August 4th and 5th. You will need to reserve those rooms by June 5th if you wish to stay there. But in case you don't want to stay at the Sundowner here is a brief list of other hotels in the area. Best Western Paradise Inn Super 8 by Wyndham Quality Inn Fairbridge Inn Express

If you plan on flying in, Bozemen, Missoula, or Helena are the closest. Great Falls is also an option.

If you are needing to rent a vehicle check with the airport you are flying into. I know Bozeman has options for rentals.

Shuttle

The Shuttle out to the Venue will be picking people up at the Sundowner at 4:30 pm. There will be one shuttle back to the Sundowner at 10:30 pm for those of you who are staying in town.

Travel Note

Camping

There are a few camp grounds around Dillon if you would like to camp, like the KOA, Southside RV Park, and Beaverhead River RV Park and Campground. There are also camp grounds a little out of town if you plan on staying awhile such as, Barrets Park Campground, Counrtyside RV Park, and Bannack Campground. You are also aloud to camp at the venue but only for 2 nights, (August 4th-5th). You can get parked/set up anytime after 1 pm on the 4th and have to be packed up and pulling out by 11 am on the 6th.
