Do I need a passport?
Answer
YES! Everyone traveling to our wedding is required to have a valid, non-expired passport BOOK, including children and infants. Passport Cards are NOT accepted for international travel by air. It is recommended to have your passport valid for at least 3-6 months past travel dates.

Is a COVID test required?
Answer
As of 4/12/2023, no testing or vaccinations are required for travel to our wedding. If anything changes, our travel advisor will reach out to everyone with updates.

Is the resort all inclusive?
Answer
YES! All your meals and drinks are included during your stay at our wedding resort!

What is included in the price?
Answer
Your inclusions can be fully customized to your needs. Our travel advisor will walk you through everything and explain what your package includes. For the most part, your flights, all inclusive resort stay, airport-hotel transportation, and taxes will be included, unless you ask for any adjustments to be made.

Do I have to book everything through your travel advisor?
Answer
While we would love for everyone to book your travel arrangements with our travel advisor to make it all easy and stress-free for everyone involved, we understand that you may have airline miles/points to use for your flight. If you prefer to book your flights on your own, that is totally fine! We ask you, however, to book your resort stay with our travel advisor, so we can have everyone booked under our group, making it easy for us to manage the wedding group and make sure everyone is counted and included in the wedding festivities.

Is Insurance available?

Yes! Please ask our travel advisor about your insurance options for cancellation as well as during travel coverage!

Is a payment plan available?
Answer
Yes! Our travel advisor will let you know exactly what deposit is needed for your particular package, but your final payment won’t be due until about 2 months before travel, so you will have plenty of time to pay off your trip. Deposit is as low as $50 per person for resort-only, and as low as $250 per person for flight + hotel package. Please ask our travel advisor for details.

Do I have to travel on the same dates as everyone else?
Answer
No! You are free to choose whatever travel dates you’d like! We ask you to arrive at least a day before the ceremony, but you can stay however long you’d like.
