Modern Vacations & Destination Weddings is the travel agency booking and managing our guests’ vacations for our Destination Wedding. The sooner you book, the easier it will be for them to plan! November 6, 2024 - Deadline to book your room and make first deposit. -The deposit to secure your room is $100 per person. *A minimum of 3 nights is required to receive these room block rates.* January 8, 2025 – Final payment for reservation is due. Please note that you will be able to make payments in between these two payment dates. You can book air travel with or without our travel agent. Please do inform them of your flight time regardless and they will assist coordinating travel to hotel. All guest rooms include travel to and from airport.
