We're getting married!

It is our third night on the small island of Bonaire, vacationing with the Koch family. We were freshening up from a day downtown where we enjoyed a few drinks by the ocean and searched for souvenirs. One by one we gather around the pool waiting for the chefs to arrive to prepare a fine Bonaire BBQ for the eight of us. Once everyone was gathered with drinks in their hands, it was time to capture some pictures soaking up the last bit of sun from the day. The couples lined up waiting for their turn to capture this moment in time. Kyle and I were last. As I was about to walk away after the last snap of the camera, Kyle pulled me back to ask for a picture with his Fiancé. Unsure of what I just heard, I stood back confused. He reached into his pocket to pull out the most beautiful, sparking ring. "Is this real?" I asked in shock. Laughter filled the air as I was almost too choked up too say YES! Surrounded by the sea breeze, the warm sunset, and my new family, I could not have asked for a better engagement.
